Banish soggy sprouts forever with this speedy and special stir-fry with chestnuts, garlic and lemon
Servings: 4
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 tbsp sunflower oil 450g sprouts, trimmed and finely shredded 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 tsp brown sugar 175g Chestnuts 1 lemon, zest and juice sea-salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the sprouts and garlic. Stir fry over a high heat for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the brown sugar and chestnuts. Stir in the zest and juice, season to taste and serve.

I just love chestnuts as they are just so delicious. I just got a new chestnut recipe from Nom Live Video App for cooking and going try this recipe this weekend. I am really excited and just cannot wait for my husband to try whole new dish.
