YES YOU CAN MAKE THESE FLOWERS FROM CHOCOLATE This posting is all about making 'moulding chocolate'...It's proper name is 'plastique' For the white chocolate 'plastic': 500g good quality white chocolate, broken into pieces 325ml glucose 100ml sugar syrup 100g cocoa butter Method : Make the white chocolate 'plastic'. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl suspended over a pan of simmering water. Place the glucose and sugar syrup in a heavy-based saucepan. Bring to the boil and stir in the melted chocolate and the cocoa butter, mixing thoroughly. Set aside to rest for at least 12 hours before using. Mould into roses, leaves and fans, decorate cake with chocolate twists and add roses.
